Since 2018, DMM & Associates, LLC (DMM) has worked with the Louisiana Workforce Commission Office of Community
Services Block Grant, providing technical assistance to help the State's 42 eligible Community Action Agencies (CAA). DMM strategically analyzed the Organization Standards and the Checklist for Monitoring Community Needs Assessment (CNA) to develop a toolkit and streamline the CNA process.
Using this streamlined approach, DMM trains agencies to connect the dots to complete their Community Needs Assessment to meet compliance dictated by the Organizational Standards.
In addition, DMM trains state specialists to review CNA reports for compliance.
