DMM & Associates, LLC has served as the DEI Consultant to the National World War II Museum in New Orleans for over three years. DMM partnered with the NWWII Museum and focused on creating a comprehensive, diverse, equitable, inclusive, accessible, and sustainable workplace environment.
DMM worked with the museum's leadership team and the DEI Work Team to create a shared vision and understanding of DEI and why it is essential to its mission, vision, and goals.
DMM conducted an organizational culture assessment using employee focus groups to assist the organization in understanding the strengths and weaknesses of its culture and how it affects employee engagement, performance, and longevity toward creating a high-performance organization. The results of the organizational culture assessment were used to design customized unconscious bias training for the Executive Team, Directors, managers, Supervisors, Staff, and Volunteers.
