DMM & Associates was selected by the Jefferson Parish (JP) Council to develop and implement a diversity initiative for Parish employees.
The work was delivered in three phases: Phase I – organizational assessment, and Phase II – developed a customized curriculum to provide diversity awareness training centered around quality of life enhancement for parish residents for 600 supervisors focusing on working effectively with the public and parish employees.
Phase III assisted leadership and designated Jefferson Parish staff in establishing a Jefferson Parish Diversity Advisory Council.
